Annual Meeting

The Cooperative Annual Meeting of members of Licking Valley RECC will be held on May 21st at the Cooperative Fairgrounds, Malone, Kentucky. Registration began at 5:00 p.m. EDT; the business meeting began at 6:45 p.m., EDT, for the purpose of:

1. Quorum call
2. Reading of the notice of the meeting and proof of the due publication or mailing thereof, or the waiver of notice of meeting, as the case may be.
3. Consideration of unapproved minutes of previous meetings of the members and the taking of necessary action thereon.
4. Presentation and consideration of, and action upon, reports of officers, directors, and committees.
5. Other business.
6. Adjournment

The 2010 Licking Valley RECC Annual Meeting and the Ms. Licking Valley RECC Scholarship Pageant, many door prizes, entertainment, bucket & bulbs. Safety demonstrations, Classic car cruise-in, free hot dogs, and health screenings- Plus socializing with your family and friends. BIG FUN WILL BE HAD BY ALL!
