A night deposit is available for payments at the main office.

Licking Valley RECC offers a Budget Billing plan that can help even out the peaks and valleys of your electric bills. The plan won't affect the amount of electricity you use, or how much you pay per kilowatt-hour. But it will provide you with equal electric bills every month. All budgets begin with the June billing, received July 20.
