Licking Valley Rural Electric Cooperative is a non-profit electric membership cooperative dedicated to serving the electricity needs of our members since 1940. Today, we bring power to 16,674 homes and 1,326 businesses in a 200-square-mile area of Eastern Kentucky serving Breathitt, Elliott, Lee, Magoffin, Menifee, Morgan, Rowan & Wolfe counties.
Licking Valley has 2,121 miles of line to maintain. The average residential monthly kWh usage per consumer is 954.
